Tomorrow we begin our ABC Countdown Henning Families! A Day is "Animal Day". Bring your favorite stuffed animal.

Henning Parents, May 4th- May 8th, we will be celebrating our teachers. If you would like to help, please send in a bag of chocolate or a gift card of any amount. Our goal is to collect enough items to give each teacher a gift to show them how much they are appreciated in our community.

Since 1956, Marine Elementary has served as a place of learning, growth, and community. For 70 years, generations of students have walked through these doors—building relationships, developing foundational skills, and creating memories that last a lifetime. That history is something we are incredibly proud of.
At the same time, we recognize that as education evolves and as the needs of our students change, our learning spaces must evolve as well.
This project represents an important step forward for Marine Elementary. Through the renovation of classrooms, meeting spaces, and office areas, we are modernizing the building to better support both students and staff. In addition, the construction of a new multi-purpose space that will serve as the school’s library and media center will provide students with a welcoming, functional, and inspiring place to read, learn, and collaborate.
Let's celebrate this groundbreaking as the beginning of something truly special. Today, we are not just improving a building—we are creating spaces that will support learning, connection, and opportunity for generations of Marine Elementary students.
~ Superintendent, Dr. Jason Henderson
