Tomorrow, our ABC Countdown continues with the letter G. To join the fun, wear Green as we celebrate getting closer to the end of the school year! We can't wait to see a sea of green in the hallways! 🦖🍏🍀

Henning Parents,

Here are some health reminders for next school year:

1. All students entering 2nd grade will need a dental exam DUE on the first day of school. This is a requirement from the State of Illinois. Miles of Smiles (free dental program) will be available to students again next school year.

2. All students entering Kindergarten will need a physical exam, updated immunization records, eye exam, and a dental exam DUE on the first day of school. This is a requirement from the State of Illinois.

3. Any student with asthma, seizures, or allergies that require emergency medications such as inhalers, epi-pens, benadryl and emergency seizure medications will need a NEW action plan and NEW medication form filled out by the parent/guardian and the student's provider. New paperwork is required for every new school year and is due during Open Building night.

4. Any student that receives daily medication at school will need to fill out a NEW medication form. The Henning Medication form must be filled out by the parent/guardian and the student's provider. New paperwork is required for every new school year and is due during Open Building night.

Please plan to make appointments very soon so that the required paperwork is completed PRIOR to the first day of school. It can be turned in as soon as it is completed via seesaw, email, or faxed to 618-667-5565. Please contact Nurse Meg with any questions about what your student might need for next year.
